For nearly a decade, I’ve been part of a men’s group, a space dedicated to connection, growth, and meeting life’s challenges with honesty and support. It has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life.
Last year, a group of us set out to cycle the Western Front Way, from the Swiss border to the Belgian coast, tracing the scarred landscapes of the First World War. What began as a physical journey quickly revealed itself as something deeper: a pilgrimage into history, brotherhood, and the inherited wounds many men still carry today.
As a filmmaker, I felt compelled to document the experience.
This short film explores modern masculinity, emotional healing, and the question of what it truly means to be a man in a world that is crying out for a healthier expression of strength.
